About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom, working closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver high-quality, tailored education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
- Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Support pupils' learning, communication, and personal development
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Assist with personal care and mobility support if required
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and reviews
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be patient, resilient, and empathetic
- Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Have a flexible and proactive approach to supporting pupils' needs
- Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
