Support students in their academic tasks and daily activities, adapting strategies to meet their needs.
Work closely with SEN specialists and education teams to ensure consistent support and monitor progress.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEN or in a caregiving role for individuals with special needs is desirable.
Genuine passion for supporting students' welfare and development, and dedication to their success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interacting with students with SEN.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students with SEN.
Proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in SEN support.
