We are looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an SEN school in Wisbech. You will play a key role in supporting children and young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them engage with learning and develop confidence in a positive and safe setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning activities
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Helping with personal care and daily routines as needed
• Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to meet pupils' needs
• Contributing to classroom preparation and resource management

What We're Looking For:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Child DBS on the update service
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive
