The Role:
- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Helping manage behaviour in a positive, therapeutic way
- Supporting students' emotional wellbeing and personal development
- Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an SEN or care setting is desirable, but not essential
- A compassionate, patient and proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in SEN education and supporting young people
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to complete or already have a DBS on the Update Service
