Key Responsibilities
Bespoke Planning: Design and deliver personalised, engaging lessons that align specifically with individual EHCP targets.
Adaptive Teaching: Utilise innovative strategies to remove barriers to learning and ensure every pupil makes academic and social progress.
Classroom Leadership: Lead a specialised class team, coordinating with Teaching Assistants and specialist staff to maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
Collaborative Liaison: Work closely with families, external professionals, and mainstream settings to facilitate smooth transitions and share best practices.
Progress Monitoring: Consistently assess and track pupil development, adapting curriculums in real-time to meet evolving needs.

Requirements
Certification: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Experience: Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND (Autism, complex needs, or learning difficulties) is essential.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies and the ability to design bespoke curriculum pathways.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the resilience and creativity to thrive in a specialist environment.
Vetting: Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to undergo a new application.
