The Role
As the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), you will be the heartbeat of the school's inclusive strategy. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure that students with additional needs are supported, empowered, and integrated.

Contract: Full-time, ongoing via Randstad Education
Your Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND policy.
Coordinating provision for students with EHCPs and additional learning needs.
Providing professional guidance to colleagues to ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching.
Liaising with parents and external professionals to track and support student progress.
Ensuring all records are meticulously maintained and up-to-date.
What You'll Bring
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) (or equivalent).
Deep knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
A proven track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and lead.
A compassionate, patient, and highly organised approach.
