Place orders, arrange pre start meetings and then manage the scheme in conjunction with the delivery team and carry out the standard QS role of valuations, payments, remeasures, managing variation accounts, CVR's and weekly, monthly reporting and forecasting through to final account and will have a small team on site to manage.
The role is to work with the precon teams and directors at contract award stages to work on procurement and initial cost planning before taking onto site to manage the packages, site financial matters such as payments, valuations, variation accounts, CVR,s, forecasting and planning multiple projects and you will be asked to look after multiple projects and junior members of the team.
