- Service Manager - Supported Accommodation
Location: Stalybridge, Greater Manchester
Salary: £41,340 - £45,240 per annum (Based on 37.5 hours per week)
Bonus: £1,000 Welcome Bonus (£500 upon induction, £500 upon successful probation)
The Opportunity

As a leading provider of care, support, and education across the North of England, we provide nurturing environments for young people transitioning toward adulthood. This role is pivotal in ensuring our service exceeds the standards set by The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, fostering a culture of safety, resilience, and belonging.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest quality of support for our residents. You will not just manage a service; you will lead a dedicated team to help young people gain the essential life skills required for independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Inspire and lead a support team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and continuous professional development.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation and high-quality care delivery.
Support Planning: Oversee the development of person-centred support and safety plans tailored to the unique needs of each young person.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with families, social workers, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
Safeguarding: Act as a lead on safeguarding procedures, managing crisis situations effectively and promptly.
Empowerment: Promote an inclusive environment where young people are actively involved in decision-making processes
