The Role is a Site Agent for a high-profile project in the Bristol area. This role requires a leader capable of managing complex site logistics and technical delivery in challenging environments.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery: Full ownership of site-level operations, including short-term programming and subcontractor coordination.
Technical Compliance: Managing RAMS and ITPs, with a particular focus on marine civil engineering standards and water-based safety protocols.
Quality: Ensuring structural work meets strict heritage and environmental specifications.
Safety: Leading a rigorous H&S culture, specifically regarding tidal and coastal risk management.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in general civils; specific experience in marine or coastal infrastructure is highly desirable.
Tickets: CSCS (Management), SMSTS, and First Aid.
Competency: Solid understanding of NEC4 contracts and temporary works.
