A highly regarded civil engineering main contractor is seeking a Site Engineer for work on a major wastewater infrastructure project in Surrey. This technically complex project offers hands-on site experience with significant responsibility across civil works and utilities.
Set out and oversee construction of civil works, structures, ducting and pipelines
Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain detailed quality and site records
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and client representatives
Support inspections, testing, and commissioning of wastewater systems
Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 2 years' experience on-site within civil or water projects
Proficient in setting out and quality assurance procedures
Strong communication and team coordination skills
