Position: Site Manager
Location: Basildon
Role Type: Contract
Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property Services company in Basildon, Essex on a 16-week contract working nights.
Shifts are - Sunday - Thursday 23:00 - 07:00 - Offering a competitive rate £28 + car allowance/mileage
- We are after someone who has previous experience within Social housing projects/ maintenance
- Able to manage subcontractors
- Excellent Health and Safety standards
Needs:
- Full UK driving licence and able to use own vehicle to travel to site
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card and IOSH
- Experience managing subcontractors and labour
- Experience working with a Council or Housing Association is preferred
