Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Reactive repairs and adaptations contract in Oldbury
Offering a competitive salary of up to £46k +car allowance and benefits
- We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering similar projects within social housing ideally in responsive and planned works
- Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
- Work closely with RLO's and wider team to ensure satisfaction and quality
- Carefully review all work orders and specification and ensure tenants are well informed of works
- Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action
You will need:
- Previous Site Management experience in Social Housing ideally Reactive or Planned repairs
- Hold a valid SMSTS, First aid and CSCS card
- UK Driving licence is essential
