Your Role:

As part of the Neurodiversity Team, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide interventions for children and young people with neurodiverse conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD)

• Work collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies

• Develop person-centred care and support plans

• Advocate for the needs and rights of neurodiverse individuals within the care system

Requirements:

• Social Work Wales Registation

• Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA/DipSW or equivalent)

• Experience or keen interest in neurodiversity or specialist children's services

• Strong communication and assessment skills

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
