As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in empowering our students with Special Educational Needs. You will work alongside our experienced teachers and SENCo to deliver tailored support and create an environment where every student feels valued and can thrive.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including but not limited to, autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
- Helping to prepare and adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of students.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe and supported.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Monitoring and recording student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCo and teaching staff.
- Promoting independence and self-esteem in students.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to be a flexible and proactive team player.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is an advantage, but not essential. We are willing to support the right candidate in their professional development.
