As the lead school for DSPL3 (Delivering Special Provision Locally), It provides free outreach support to over 50 mainstream schools and early years settings in the local area, offering training, school-wide advice, and tailored pupil support. Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils with various SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals
Monitor and track pupil progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Encourage the social, emotional, and behavioural development of all learners
Promote a culture of resilience, independence, and achievement

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or training in SEN
Child DBS on update service.
Strong understanding of inclusive education and SEN strategies
Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
A commitment to empowering every learner
