Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to EHCP targets
• Support learners with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
• Create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with parents, SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting strategies to meet individual learning goals
• Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal development

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Child DBS on update service.
• Experience or training in supporting pupils with SEN
• A patient, creative and resilient teaching approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
