About the Role

In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support within the classroom setting.
Maintaining student engagement and focus throughout lessons.
Adapting learning materials and communication styles to meet individual needs.
Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
Providing support with personal care tasks as required.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A confident and proactive approach to classroom assistance.
A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Full-time availability (8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday).
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
