Randstad is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant and 1:1 Support professional to join our partner schools in the Colne area, starting this September!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.
Help implement individualized learning plans and monitor student progress.
Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to your work.
GCSEs in English and Maths are generally required.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification) are highly beneficial.
