Hours: Long-term, Full-Time (08:30 - 15:30)
Pay: £90 per day
The Role: Are you passionate about supporting children who have faced significant challenges? Our Junior Campus in Newton Abbot provides a trauma-informed environment for students in Years 1-8. We focus on outdoor play, exploration, and small-group learning to help children with complex life histories feel safe and ready to learn.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a school or care setting is required.
- Approach: A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
- Logistics: A driving license is desirable. An enhanced DBS check will be completed (unless on the Update Service).
