Position description / Job description
- Develop and implement personalized study plans for neurodiverse students.
- Deliver engaging and effective study skills instruction.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring.
- Collaborate effectively with university staff.
- Track student progress and adapt plans as needed.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Expectations / Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- Postgraduate qualification and a relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PGDE, AFHEA or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of neurodiverse needs.
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals (preferred but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to person-centered care.
- Willingness to complete NAS training modules (support provided).
