Your Key Responsibilities
Effective Delivery: Lead pre-planned lessons with energy and clarity.
Inclusion: Adapt teaching methods to cater to the varying needs and abilities of students.
Collaboration: Work effectively with Teaching Assistants to maximize classroom support.
Resourcefulness: Think on your feet and remain proactive if work hasn't been set or needs adjusting.
Feedback: Provide clear and concise marking to ensure students understand their progress.
Environment: Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a safe, positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements
Qualifications: A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
Status: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable (NQTs/ECTs are warmly welcomed).
Experience: Essential experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Compliance: An in-date Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service) with no reprimands.
Mindset: A strong commitment to pupil progress and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
