Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Providing tailored support to individual students and small groups, catering to their unique learning needs.
- Contributing to a positive and safe classroom atmosphere by helping manage student behaviour.
- Preparing essential classroom resources and offering support with administrative tasks.
- Working collaboratively with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and teachers to support students with SEN when needed.
- Supervising students during breaks and transitions, ensuring their well-being.
- Demonstrating adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in various classroom settings.
- Adhering to the school's established policies and procedures.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, adaptability, and resilience in navigating different school environments and student needs.

- Previous experience working in a school setting (while desirable, it's not a strict requirement).
- A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (also desirable but not essential).
- A willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
