This is the perfect role for a confident TA who enjoys the dynamic nature of school life and can adapt quickly to new classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Lead pre-planned interventions and focus groups in areas such as Phonics, Maths, and English.
• Provide tailored 1:1 support for children with specific educational needs (SEN).
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.
• Help prepare classroom resources and contribute to displays.
• Support with observations and provide feedback on pupil progress to the teacher.

What We Are Looking For:

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience working within a UK primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
• Confidence in leading small group interventions.
• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
• An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to obtain one).
