About the Role:
As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across all areas of the primary curriculum.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
Adapting to the routines and policies of different schools.
Covering planned and unplanned absences.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for teachers who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching in primary schools.
Possess strong classroom management skills.
Are adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are committed to raising pupil attainment.
Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
