Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum (Key Stages 1 & 2).
- Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for pupils of all ages and abilities.
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating effectively with teaching staff and support staff.
- Communicating clearly and regularly with parents and carers.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working as a supply teacher in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
