Roles & Responsibilities
Leading small group phonics and numeracy intervention sessions.
Assisting the Class Teacher with lesson preparation and resource organisation.
Providing 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional help with their learning.
Supporting the social and emotional development of children during unstructured times.
Maintaining a tidy, inspiring, and resource-rich classroom environment.
Requirements
Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
Proven experience working with primary-aged children.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
