We're thrilled to partner with a primary school in the WF1 area to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is an opportunity to be a valued member of the school team and a key support figure for young learners.
What You'll Be Doing
Lending a hand to teachers with lesson delivery and classroom tasks.
Providing one-on-one and small-group support to help pupils reach their full potential.
Assisting with classroom management to create a calm and focused environment.
Preparing and organizing all the necessary learning resources.
Supervising students during activities and breaks.
Keeping detailed records of student progress.
Working as a team with all school staff to support educational goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for a proactive and compassionate individual! To be a great fit, you should have:
A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or relevant experience in a school setting.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a UK primary school.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A solid understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A kind, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.
A desire to collaborate effectively with a team.
