As a supply teacher with Randstad, you will have the freedom to choose when and where you work, providing you with the perfect work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Follow schools' plans and policies, while also using your own initiative to create inspiring learning experiences.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
- Provide feedback on pupil progress and report any issues to the relevant school contact.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience of teaching in UK primary schools.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A resilient, adaptable, and flexible approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
