Roles & Responsibilities

Mentoring: Effectively line-manage and guide the classroom Teaching Assistant, ensuring targets are mutually understood and delivered.
Parental Engagement: Organise and conduct informative parent-teacher consultations and maintain proactive communication with families.
Extracurricular: Contribute to the rich extracurricular programme by leading a weekly club or activity aligned with school development goals.
Requirements

Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
