Roles & Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Contributing to the refinement of subject schemes of work to ensure depth and breadth of learning.

Classroom Management: Maintaining exemplary standards of behaviour through the consistent application of school-wide routines.
Requirements:
Certification: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum and current statutory assessment frameworks.
Ambition: A strong desire to take on subject leadership or whole-school responsibilities in the future.
Professionalism: High standards of personal and professional conduct, with a commitment to safeguarding.
