What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers as they deliver engaging and fun lessons.
Helping pupils individually and in small groups to help them understand concepts.
Assisting with classroom management to promote a positive atmosphere.
Preparing and organizing all the necessary learning materials.
Supervising children during various activities and break times.
Keeping accurate records of how students are progressing.
Collaborating with other staff to support the school's overall mission.
Who We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for a committed and compassionate individual! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a UK primary school.
Strong communication and people skills.
A clear understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
Fantastic organizational and time-management skills.
A kind, patient, and understanding attitude.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A strong commitment to keeping all children safe.
