Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience in supporting adult service users with learning disability and associated complex needs.
- A valid Right to Work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorships)
- An Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service
- Training required - BILD certified PMVA Course and Classroom Mandatory Training
P.S. This role mandates a minimum of 36.5 hours per week. Therefore, we're unable to accept applications from individuals with a Skilled Worker visa, as the visa requirements may conflict with these hours.

RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be providing person-centered support to an adult male with learning disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and supporting community integration. You'll work closely with a colleague in a 2:1 support ratio, utilising de-escalation techniques as needed. This role offers a chance to make a tangible, positive impact on someone's life.
Main tasks include
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting community integration and participation in social activities.
- Promoting independence and skill development.
- Implementing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Collaborating effectively with the support team.
