The Opportunity:

Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (shift patterns apply).
Driving: Drivers are preferred, but we will consider contributing towards the cost of driving lessons for the ideal candidate.
Your Role Involves:
Delivering essential one-on-one practical and emotional support.
Creating individual support plans centered on relapse prevention, harm reduction, and developing life skills.
Connecting clients with resources for housing, employment, education, and training.
Maintaining strong working relationships with external partners like social services and healthcare providers.
Accurate record-keeping and participation in case reviews.
Do You Have:
Experience in a support setting (e.g., substance misuse, mental health, or youth work)?
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills?
A non-judgemental and resilient nature?
