What You'll Be Doing:
Providing tailored support with daily living activities, which may include household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and managing finances.
Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and hygiene, if required.
Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in their favourite hobbies and social activities, both at home and within the community.
Helping individuals to attend appointments, and build and maintain positive relationships with family and friends.
Supporting the achievement of personal goals, whether that's learning a new skill or gaining more independence.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
