Key responsibilities:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling
Monitoring and prompting medication
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Offering companionship and emotional support
Helping maintain structured routines at home and in the community
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months' care experience
