You will be a vital part of a dedicated team, supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives. You'll provide personalized care, assisting with daily tasks, fostering independence, and promoting engagement within their community. You'll also play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment.

... - Assist with meal preparation and personal care.

Requirements
- Min 6 months experience in caregiving or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to person-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to drive.
- Enhanced DBS check and Right to Work ID.
- Ability to work nights.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Trainings Certificate- Mandatory & PMVA BILD certified
