Are you an experienced and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant ready to thrive in a Secondary environment?
We are seeking exceptional Level 3 TAs to support the learning and behavioural needs of students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in various secondary schools and academies throughout the Greater Manchester area.
We have a high volume of openings for both Temp/Supply and Permanent contracts starting immediately and in the new term.
The Role: Impacting Futures
As a Level 3 TA in a secondary school setting, you will be instrumental in ensuring student engagement and progress. Your responsibilities will typically include:
Targeted Support: Delivering specialised 1:1 and small group interventions in subjects like Maths, English, and Science.
In-Class Assistance: Supporting the Class Teacher during lessons, managing resources, and encouraging student participation.
SEN Provision: Working closely with the SENCO to provide tailored support for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and various special educational needs (SEMH, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.).
Behaviour Management: Utilising proactive strategies to promote a positive and focused learning environment.
Cover Support: In some long-term roles, providing short-term class cover under the direction of the teacher or line manager.

What We Are Looking For (Essential Criteria):
Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) in supporting teaching and learning.
Recent Experience working in a Secondary School environment (KS3/KS4).
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with teenagers and staff.
A clear and current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
