Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants Needed - September Start
We are urgently seeking experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants for a number of roles available this September. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a background in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
The Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide crucial support on a supply basis in a variety of our partner schools. Your responsibilities will include helping teachers create a safe and supportive learning environment and providing essential assistance to students to help them navigate their academic and personal challenges.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three months of recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
- Prior experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- A resilient, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
