In this full-time, temporary to permanent role (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, term-time only), you'll work with students aged 9 to 19 in one-on-one, small group, and whole-class settings.

A unique teaching approach
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing teaching assistance to the teacher as defined by weekly/daily/seasonal planning.
Working 1:1 with students.
Providing group and/or individual activities, planned by the teacher.
Working individually with learners/students to develop their work.
Supporting the general well-being of learners within the school structure.
Monitoring and evaluating student learning under the guidance of the teacher.
Assisting teachers in using relevant management strategies to ensure a purposeful environment for teaching and learning.
Supporting all learners in their planned, structured work in all curriculum areas.
Key skills and experience needed:
The ability to work with learners who have various learning difficulties.
A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners.
The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
Flexibility in your approach to education.
Experience working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential.
Your own means of transport.
GCSEs in Maths and English.
