We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a vibrant and ambitious secondary school in Bradford from September 2025. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who have a passion for engaging students in English literature and language.

Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A genuine passion for the English language and literature
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Teach across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
- Set high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
- Mark and assess student work in line with department policies
- Provide constructive feedback to support student progress
- Monitor and track pupil achievement using data systems
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work and teaching resources
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote a love of reading and writing
- Use a range of strategies to support students with different learning needs
- Support the delivery of GCSE exam preparation and revision sessions
