Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire students to develop a love for reading, writing, and communication
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments
- Mark and provide feedback in line with school policy
- Monitor and track student progress, using data to inform planning
- Differentiate lessons to support a range of abilities and learning needs
- Contribute to department planning, moderation, and curriculum development
- Support literacy across the curriculum
- Uphold and promote school values and safeguarding policies
- Attend departmental and whole-school meetings
