The Role
As a Lecturer, you will be the bridge between theory and practice. You won't just be teaching from a textbook; you'll be sharing real-world stories that bring the curriculum to life.
Teach & Inspire: Deliver engaging lessons to students eager to enter the nursing and care sectors.
Mentor: Guide students through their work placements and career choices.

About You
You have a professional background in Nursing, Social Work, or a related Health/Care field.
You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
You are passionate about shaping the future of the healthcare workforce.
(Preferred) A Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant subject.
