Responsibilities
- Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality mathematics lessons.
- Marking and providing constructive feedback on students' work.
- Assessing student progress and using data to inform future planning.
- Contributing to the development of the mathematics curriculum.
- Managing student behaviour effectively in the classroom and around the school.
- Communicating with parents/carers about student progress and well-being.
- Attending and contributing to departmental meetings and whole-school training.
- Undertaking pastoral duties as a form tutor.
- Participating in and leading extra-curricular activities related to mathematics.
- Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and positive learning environment.
