Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum for Music
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver outstanding Music lessons that inspire students
- Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching desirable)
- Prepare students for GCSE Music and internal assessments
- Promote a positive learning environment within the classroom
- Support extracurricular music clubs, concerts, and performances
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Assess, record, and report on student's progress regularly
- Collaborate with other faculty members to plan cross-curricular activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and attainment
- Organise and contribute to school musical productions and events
- Take an active role in school life, contributing to the wider ethos
