Essential Requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Knowledge of the national curriculum for Music
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
Deliver inspiring Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Plan and mark work in line with school policies
Assess and monitor student progress regularly
Provide feedback and support to help students improve
Promote a positive learning environment
Encourage musical participation beyond the classroom
Prepare students for performances and assessments
Organise and support school concerts or productions
Deliver extra-curricular music clubs or ensembles
Encourage creativity and critical listening skills
