The School is looking for a Teacher of PE to join the team on a full-time basis from 22nd April 2025. What do we require from you?
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Experience or willingness to provide general cover across other subjects.

What will you be doing?
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Teach a broad range of sports, including team games, athletics, and fitness.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to different abilities.
- Encourage students to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions and sporting events.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students.
- Deliver theory-based lessons on sports science and health.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
