About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Teacher of Science who will contribute to whole-school success by consistently delivering outstanding lessons and nurturing student confidence, enjoyment, and outcomes in Science. You will be part of a motivated department with a strong track record of improvement and innovation.
You'll teach across KS3 and KS4, covering all three Science subjects - Biology, Chemistry and Physics and play an active role in shaping schemes of work, assessments, and enrichment activities.

Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong subject knowledge across all three specialisms
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Create a stimulating learning environment that supports student progress
- Assess student work effectively and provide regular feedback
- Monitor and track student attainment and intervene where necessary
- Support students with varying learning needs through differentiation
- Contribute to curriculum development and resource creation
- Develop and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge
- Contribute to school improvement plans and self-evaluation processes
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
