A dynamic secondary school in Bradford is looking for a talented and committed Science Teacher to join their thriving Science Department in September 2025. This full-time role will involve delivering inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at KS5 depending on experience. Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum in Science.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
- Plan and prepare schemes of work, lessons, and homework
- Mark and assess student work against departmental and national standards
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners
- Create a safe, positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other staff in the science department and across the school
- Encourage scientific literacy and curiosity
- Ensure practical activities are conducted safely and effectively
- Keep up to date with scientific developments and integrate them into teaching
- Liaise with technicians and ensure resources are used efficiently
