Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to the development of curriculum resources
- Participate in department meetings and collaborative planning
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
- Support extracurricular Science clubs and activities
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and technicians
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are fulfilled at all times
