- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Contribute to the development of schemes of work, resources, and assessment materials.
- Participate in departmental and whole-school meetings, training, and events.
- Maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment, including effective displays.
- Engage in the school's pastoral system, providing support and guidance to students.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/carers about student progress and well-being.
- Promote and celebrate science through enrichment activities and extra-curricular clubs.
